Send Help. Why you aren't seeing results!

HELP ME!

Look. We all go to the gym or hire a coach for some reason. We aren't spending our money because we have a tonne to spend. Maybe a minority, but the majority may be budgeting their coach and gym membership to ensure it is still in line with their priorities of spending.

So, why aren't you getting your results and achieving those goals you set out for yourself?

Heres the answer:

It's not your fault.

Ok, maybe it is.

Most of it anyways.

You see, when we go to the local shops and do our weekly shop we kind of know what we need to buy. It's almost like a shopping program. It's routine. We walk in, grab a trolley and then begin the shop with usually fruit and veggies, followed by milk, yogurt and then the "accessories" for everyday cooking.

So why don't we do the same with training?

A lot of the time people will either follow something they have seen on Youtube or Instagram, actually even better is when someone is following another person's program. Don't do that, please.

It may be time to actually have some structure to your training just like there is structure to your weekly shop!

You can get the worlds best program created by the smartest human in the world, but not follow it and it becomes the worlds worst program.

When it comes to results, having structure and following the core principles of training will give you a guide and path to becoming better in the weights room.

Here are our tips to help you throughout the process:

  1. (Shameless plug) Hire a coach! - get skin in the game my friend.

  2. Ensure it is structured to the amount of days you can actually adhere to.

  3. Understand the layout. What comes first and what is last on every training day. This matters.

  4. Do things you enjoy. Training is a privilege, not a chore. So make it fun.

  5. Have a well thought-out and realistic goal. Once you put it to paper, ACTION IT!

  6. Too much variation is not needed. Stick to the basics for as long as possible before you think you need a change.

  7. Be willing to learn throughout the process and also except to fail on occasions. It's not always sunshine and rainbows.

That is all from us. We don't want to overflow you with too much to think about. Take some points above and begin your new journey of creating consistency and results!

From our Frontline to yours.
