Fitness has been my lifeline since I was a teenager. I started going to the gym at 15 after being bullied and found that it gave me confidence and a sense of purpose. I’ve faced some tough times—like being homeless at 19 and later deployed to Iraq at 21—but staying fit kept me grounded. It became my way to push through life’s challenges, teaching me how important it is to be strong both physically and mentally.
With the support of my partner, Venessa, I was able to pursue my passion for fitness and build a career while also serving in the military, where I learned what true resilience looks like.
Now, I’m dedicated to helping other busy professionals and parents who want to be at their best for their families and careers. I know how hard it can be to juggle everything, but I believe fitness goes far beyond just looking good—it’s about improving how you feel, how you show up for others, and how you navigate life’s challenges.
My goal is to build a personal training brand that really cares about people, both in and out of the gym, while also giving back by helping disadvantaged youth.
Fitness changed my life, and I’m passionate about helping others experience that same transformation.

As the words say, 'Private Training' vs 'Fitness Class'. Our sessions are maxed out at 4 per session, to ensure our clients are training with the guidance of a personal trainer. No more crowded gyms and coaches yelling at you. Our personal training sessions have you training with your own personalised program amongst a welcoming community of like minded Frontliners.
Every 6 weeks you will have a 6-week check in with your dedicated client success coach. We will track your body weight, measurements, progress photos and looks at your progress made throughout your program. We then re-align our focus on the next goals and set out what to expect in the next 6+ weeks.
Yes we can and we will. All of our clients have 365 access to Frontline with a swipe access key. We encourage clients of Frontline to any extra day of training if they can, which we will craft and design for you.
Each client at Frontline has a Client Success Coach, who is dedicated to holding you accountable to your training, nutrition, bookings and keeping you on track with your goals.
More is not better, better is better. This means sometimes doing less is more ideal than stretching to do more, but undershooting. We encourage our clients to meet with us for 2-3x per week for 50 minute Personal Training sessions
Training out of town is always our ideal strategy. We will design programs for your abroad stays, but if you wish to pause your membership, we allow our members a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 4 weeks pause per membership term.
